As you've may seen on a http://www.heise.de/security/meldung/Bot-Netz-attackiert-Pizza-Bestelldienste-1329787.html or a http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/Erneuter-Pizza-DDoS-1331848.html theres a botnet that attacks german sites. While the last 2 attacks seemed to focus on food delivery and real estate sites, the 3rd attack wave seems to focus on travelling sites.

While a couple of sites really seem to suffer (some have pointed their DNS entries to 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.x.x) the majority of the bigger sites are still up.
